this week was not easy but i did it with the help of myfitnesspal.com app on my iPhone, with this app am able to scan the barcode on each item that i eat. i find this very helpful when you are counting calories like i am. i am on a 1200 calorie a day diet and this app calculates my calories and my exercise for the day so that i never go over and since the more you exercise the more you can eat i have been going to the gym 5 days a week. (woohoo!)
here is what else i have been doing....
MWF-cardio for 60min
T TH- cardio for 30min
what i have been eating
1 pack-organic oatmeal
1 large banana
lean cuisine panini
1cup-diet green ice tea
edy's all natural fruit bars
weight watchers- individually wrapped snacks
40z grilled skinless chicken breast
