weigh in Wednesday

today's weight-170.0
weight loss-3.6lbs

If you notice, i did not lose any weight this week. i miss two day of working outs, and on two occasions i went over my calorie intake because i was in some social situations.
But i still feel great. And i am still working hard at it.
