Weigh in Wednesday 

starting weight-174.4
today's weight-168.6
weight loss-5.8lbs
this pass week was not easy at all.i have been thinking about all the things that i can not eat and it is just killing me that i can't have any of it. eating oatmeal and chicken and broccoli  does take it's toll on you and all i want to do is eat a Fat burger. ugh! (breath) dieting is not easy at all but i will keep going to the gym five days a week and keep trying to eat right one day at a time.

    I am struggling too. I am SO sick of oatmeal. We are just trying to find some fun and healthy recipes to keep us going.
